Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. The free tier lists your agency in exchange for displaying our “Featured on” badge on your site — which also earns you a verified link from your profile to your site. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for instant lead details, more case studies, and a distraction-free profile with no competitor suggestions.

Which regions do you cover?

We currently list UX/UI design agencies based in Europe — 17 cities and growing. We aren’t accepting agencies outside Europe for now.

How long until my profile is live?

We review every submission editorially, typically within 24–48 hours. Once you pass — and your badge is installed (free) or your payment is received (Pro) — your profile publishes shortly after.

What does the editorial review check?

We assess portfolio quality, business credibility, and profile completeness. See our methodology for the full scoring breakdown.

Does Pro improve my ranking?

No. Rankings are earned through portfolio quality and credibility — a free agency with stronger work will always outrank a Pro agency. Pro buys visibility features and lead access, never rank. Likewise, editorial head-to-head comparisons appear on every profile regardless of tier; Pro removes our similar-agency suggestions from your profile, not editorial coverage.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel anytime from your submission page via “Manage subscription”, which opens Stripe’s secure billing portal. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Do I have to keep the badge installed?

For free listings, yes — the badge and its backlink are what keep your free profile published. Pro listings are kept live by your subscription and don’t require the badge.

Can I edit my profile after it’s live?

Yes — anytime. Reach out via our contact page with the changes and we’ll update your profile.

Do I need a case study?

No, but it helps. A strong case study improves your score, so agencies with one tend to rank higher. You can submit without one now and add it later.

What if my submission isn’t accepted?

We only list agencies that pass editorial review. If yours doesn’t, you won’t be published — and any Pro payment is refunded in full.

Will I actually get inquiries?

Companies search the directory daily for UX partners. Every listing includes a contact form and inquiry notifications; Pro surfaces full lead details instantly.
